Logistics assistants (MAXO-MS-LA)

  • Logistics assistant in the factory hall next to a roller conveyor

Mobile logistics assistants can navigate freely in spaces without a line cable. The purpose of your logistics is to deliver suitable material and/or move finished parts to the next work step. By adjusting the working or delivery height, they can also be used as mobile assembly assistants.

Our product range for logistics assistants

Your benefits

  • Safe autonomous travel to the destination

thanks to the swarm intelligence with which the assistants are able to move freely within spaces in perfect coordination with other veh
  • Smooth process sequence

thanks to state-of-the-art navigation, positioning and communication technology
  • Fast and wear-free travel

via the MOVITRANS® contactless inductive energy transmission, which can be used as a line cable and for point charging

Perfect movement within the swarm

In the Smart Factory, several logistics assistants are always on the move and thereby carry with them all important information about their condition (driving, braking, turning off etc.) and their current role in the material flow of the logistics chain. They use state-of-the-art navigation, positioning and communication technology to move and orient themselves perfectly within the swarm.

LightLAN-based optical data transmission for communicative exchange between the vehicles. And thanks to SLAM technology (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping; German: Simultane Lokalisierung und Kartenerstellung), the free-moving assistants always find the right route to their destination in coordination with their fellow robots.
